Happy 1st birthday, Karson!

Today we had a fun time at our friend Karson's birthday party. For some reason, I got pics of Lily and Jeremiah, but none of Karson. I think it was because he was very busy at his party! :-)

Beautiful Baby

Live with Regis and Kelly are doing this "Beautiful Baby" contest, so of course I had to enter Jeremiah. This is the pic I used - if you want to enter I'm not sure about the age but I know the picture has to be within the last month. Of course I think he'll win. (ha ha)

Happy half birthday, J!

I can't believe it's been six months already - there were times when it felt like the days were taking forever...but suddenly it's six months later! Amazing.

He had his 6 month check up today. He's 15lbs, 7.5oz, 26.75" long. 25th percentile for height and 75th percentile for height. During the exam the doctor looked at him doing his 'crunches' and said: "He's pretty active, isn't he." I replied in the affirmative, and then she said: "I don't think he'll ever be a chubby baby." Yeah. Probably not. The child never stops moving unless he's sleeping. He's a whirlwind.

Christmas Part II and Hanging w/ Lily and Kim

For dinner, we went by Grandma and Grandpa G's house. They got Jeremiah a walker and even though his feet don't touch the floor yet, he loves it! He has so much fun with it.

Merry Christmas (Eve!)

Today was a big day for the Roland family...

Can I say "Uh-oh"?


And this might be the last picture of the gummy, toothless smile of Jeremiah's that we've all come to love...he started getting his first tooth tonight! It feels like a little pin pushing up, very sharp, through his gums. He was cranky today, no wonder - I bet that hurts!!


Then we sat down to a nice steak dinner brought to us by Fresh N' Easy...for less than $25!! Who-hoo!!

Food, food, and more food.

I recently tried avacado with J. He really seemed to enjoy it! What I think he loved more, though, was trying to grab the camera...




Then we let him play with his food last night. Well, actually, Daddy let him play, and Mommy got to clean up. J had a great time, I don't know how much food ended up in his mouth, but he had fun.

New phones!

Shawn and I are very lucky and got some new phones from T-mobile.

Shawn got the Blackberry Pearl, which is a very nice phone:


And I got the new Sidekick Slide, also a very nice phone - I think it's geared more towards the 'younger' cell phone users, but I still like it.
